Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse

A friend loaned me a book called The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse by Andreas Moritz. It explains how clogged bile ducts prevents the liver and gallbladder from doing their job which is to filter the body of toxins. This messes with the whole circulation of the body and can cause clogged lymph glands as well. So, tomorrow I will begin the six day cleanse and see what happens!
